Quality and certifications
Quality and customer satisfaction are core elements of our company. The requirements for this have been summarised in the GSR Quality Policy .
All our business processes are compliant with DIN EN ISO 9001 and are continuously checked and improved. Specially trained employees take care of meeting the constantly increasing demands from guidelines, standardisation, legislation, customer requirements and so on.
We underline our quality claim by testing every single valve for function and tightness before delivery. Thanks to our modern working processes, all valves placed on the market can be traced – even after many years. A separate identification number on the nameplate and a permanent marking on the fitting make this possible.
In addition to the certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001, GSR has various system and product approvals for the most diverse requirements for valves and solenoid systems.
