Special solutions for high pressures
Alternatives to mineral oil exist in the gaseous state. The advantage: Natural gas will be extractable for much longer than oil. It burns cleaner and is cheaper than fuels based on mineral oil. As a result, the demand for natural gas filling stations will increase significantly in the future.
Filling and refuelling systems are operated at high pressures and under high safety requirements. Due to our many years of experience in the high-pressure and CNG sector, we can supply all valves required for the function of a natural gas filling station in high quality from an extensive standard kit.
Our range of solutions, especially in the field of natural gas applications, ranges from pilot valves for the control of pneumatic valves, to gas supply valves (up to a pressure range of 450 bar). Dispenser blocks with three or six high-pressure valves and priority panels can also be supplied as standard, if required also in ATEX version.
Corresponding check valves and easy-to-replace filter units are installed in our valve blocks from the factory. These special high-pressure valves are used, among other things, in car fuel tank systems, but also in many other applications in mechanical and apparatus engineering, in labs, as well as for the ventilation of gas and tank systems, and in pneumatics.
Some valve designs can also be converted for hydrogen applications.
