The company GSR Ventiltechnik GmbH & Co. KG is delighted to welcome three new apprentices to its team. Nils Grieger, Renato Prenaj and Tugra Ates started their training as cutting machine operators at the company in Vlotho-Exter on 1 September.

The three young talents were given a warm welcome by Ulf Lücke, Commercial Director, and the training managers. ‘Our trainees are an important part of our company and we put a lot of effort into preparing them for their professional future in the best possible way,’ emphasised Lücke when welcoming them.

GSR Ventiltechnik has organised a varied programme for the first few days to make it easier for them to start their careers and get to know the company: A company rally, a joint breakfast and guided tours of various departments offer the new trainees an insight into the company's diverse activities. There is also a joint barbecue with all trainees, which strengthens team spirit and offers the opportunity to get to know each other better.

After these introductory events, the trainees start in their respective departments. Over the coming months, they will spend time in all relevant areas of the company. They will quickly become involved in day-to-day business, take on responsibility early on and actively work in their teams right from the start.

‘Our training strategy is more important than ever, especially in 2024, when Industry 4.0 is evolving and the demand for highly qualified specialists is increasing,’ explains Ulf Lücke.
