GSR Ventiltechnik presents new filter solution: Filter change in record time
GSR Ventiltechnik is launching a new filter solution that makes the operation of industrial systems safer and more efficient. When a system is first commissioned, fine impurities can get into the system, which impairs efficiency in the long term and increases wear. The innovative stainless steel filter from GSR Ventiltechnik provides a remedy here and enables quick and uncomplicated maintenance - in less than a minute and without opening the pipework.
In contrast to conventional filter systems, which are complicated to install and require the pipework to be opened in order to change them, GSR Ventiltechnik uses a well thought-out design: the new filter is inserted from above. There is no need for additional components or connections. This means: no resealing or lengthy drying times, the filter is ready for use again immediately after maintenance. This innovation sustainably optimises system operation by reducing the number of potential leakage points and minimising the risk of leaks. A large filter surface with a mesh size of 100 µm ensures high filter performance and thus protects the valve and the entire process from contamination.
Made from 1.4301 stainless steel, the filter is impressively robust and durable. The new filter system from GSR Ventiltechnik is available as a service kit (retrofit) or already integrated for the 52 series (012, 032, 148 systems). This versatility enables simple retrofitting and uncomplicated replacement, even for existing systems. While the components of conventional filter systems often have to be dismantled and then resealed or glued in with long drying times, the new system from GSR Ventiltechnik eliminates all of these time-consuming steps. With a service time of less than one minute, the new filter sets standards that are currently unique on the market in this product range.
